  • Do you provide hair services for units that are not Affluent Units?

    We no longer provide Wig Installation services for units provided outside of Affluent Units. This is to ensure and maintain quality control of our services and overall performance.

    Buying an Affluent Unit will guarantee you the best outcome with every instalment because we control the highest quality lace, density and quality of their overall strands.

    Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to keep track of units outside of Affluent Units and cannot guarantee that clients will bring a wig upholding our standards.

  • How do I schedule a booking?

    All our singular services can be booked here unless a reoccurring booking has been accepted in-store, and terms of services has been agreed and signed.

    Bridal bookings must fill out a Wedding Enquiry Form.

    Please provide as much information for faster processing time. The longer our team waits, the lower the chances to secure your desired wedding date.

    Private bookings must fill out a Private Booking Enquiry Form.

    Private bookings are usually offered outside of our studio for the comfort of the celebrant. Occasions that fall under Private bookings include but not limited to Birthday celebrations, Proposals, Graduation Celebrations, Baby Shower, Maternity Photoshoots e.t.c.

  • Do you cater to all types of makeup styles?

    Unfortunately as our brand proud itself in maintaining natural and modest beauty, we do not cater to all trendy makeup styles.

    Our looks are created for women who appreciate their natural beauty, and want to enhance their complexion without completely changing their features.

  • Do you travel interstate for weddings/private bookings?

    At Affluent Beaute we value convenience. We provide our services throughout Australia where you may be, whether it is your wedding day or you simply want to celebrate a milestone in life.

  • Can I adjust the size of my wig if it doesn’t fit perfectly?

    Yes, our wigs have two adjustable straps and 3 combs inside the cap to help you secure the wig more comfortably.

    Still unsure if the wig sizes available online will fit you? We offer personalised consultations to address your sizing concerns and ensure the perfect fit. This service includes the option of creating a custom-made wig specifically tailored to your head circumference. BOOK HERE

  • How long until my orders dispatched?

    All orders are prepared 24hrs after purchase, subject on the product's availability at the time of order placement. We will not ship your order until your payment has been fully processed, a process that may take between 1 to 5 business days.

  • Will my unit come fully customised?

    Yes. All our units are fully customised, and styled. This includes bleached knots, plucked hairline, deep conditioned and washed, styled based on selected option.

  • I am new to wigs and not sure on what I want, what's the best advice?

    We offer 1:1 Wig consultations face to face or via telecom if you’re unable to come to our Aintree studio.

    This is the perfect opportunity to try on all our available collections, personalise your style, and find the perfect cap size.
